He rescheduled for the next morning; again, he failed to show, causing us to lose both time and money. Multiple attempts to reach Julian went unanswered. Due to his breach of contract, we canceled the agreement and demanded a refund of our deposit, but he has ceased all communication. We are now pursuing recovery of our funds through legal channels. This experience was deeply disappointing and unprofessional, and we strongly advise others to avoid this business."
