One was to do a cursory inspection and offer what is essentially an insurance policy. Another did a better inspection and offered spot treatment and a 3 year warranty. Pacific Coast did a thorough inspection and offered either spot treatments to the obviously infested areas or comprehensive preventative maintenance treatment in addition to the spot treatments. The cost is more expensive than the other companies but the employees inspire confidence in their work."

Their suncontractor, First Class Fumigation that does the actual tenting, showed up on time and got the job done when they said they would. Their clean up and care of the property around the perimeter, leaves a little to be desired. When the video indicates that any vegetation within 18" of your house may be harmed, it will be. And our satellite dish definitely had to be realigned afterwards. Good thing you only have to do this once!"
