"Quickly and simply installed my floor in a matter of hours. Very kind and hard workers. Price was almost the same as what was quoted on the phone."

"When I called for an estimate I was surprised at how quickly Mr. Straus was able to come. I knew the carpeting I wanted and he was able to get it in a reasonable time. (The carpet had to be run specially by the manufacturer.) When my remodel slowed down, he was very flexible about re-scheduling the date of installation to meet my new needs. The installation was painless, with workers arriving exactly when they said they would, cleaning up after themselves, and making seams that were almost invisible, with a single exception. When I wrote Mr. Straus that my worry was not about the lack of invisibility of a single seam but the fear it might unravel with time. He guaranteed he would fix it if that happened. "Misa Acosta did an excellent job repairing the water damaged floor under the refrigerator. He even had to replace parts of the subfloor. He come out the next day and even worked on the weekend. He did not charge us extra for that and his price was lower than others. I highly recommend him."

"Carlos and his team went above and beyond to help me find the perfect product that matched what I wanted to renew my studio’s floor. I’m happy with the quality of the work and the customer service. I HIGHLY Recommended!"

"We chose Number One because of their reviews and because they had the best price and we are glad we did!  We had them remove old laminate floors in our Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom and install Tigerwood pre-finished engineered floors. One room was nailed and one room floated and both are perfect. The workers were punctual, professional, courteous and, best of all, they cleaned up after the job was done.  We would definitely use them again.
We also want to give kudos to the saleman.  Not only was he helpful and very responsive, but he took the time to get us actual samples prior to the job starting so we could match some other woodwork we were having done to the floor.
Number One is definitely #1 with us.
