He had no problem collecting the $500 charge. After the two attempts to fix it Alliance went silent and did not offer any useful solution. We now had a technician from Kitchen Aid and he fixed the problem quickly. In short I can not recommend Alliance "Repair Service" I would call them Alliance collection Service at best."
