"My late-90s Sub-Zero 650 broke and I was anxious to find someone to help. They were able to send someone for same-day diagnostics and even suggested starting the repair within two business days — which is extremely rare. "Extremely rude and unprofessional. Frankie had the nerve to tell my 70yr old Father that he was "bothering him" after he took $80 from him the day prior, and told him the part to the refrigerator would come in the next day. Well, it was 2pm the next day and my Dad never heard from him, so my Dad text him twice asking if he was coming, no response. He then called him once, no response. Finally, at 5pm Frankie responded that my Dad was bothering him and to leave him alone. Zero class. Do NOT use!"

"I had very bad experience with Alliance Repair. The technician was here two times did not find out what is not working properly with the refrigerator and did not fix the problem at all. He had no problem collecting the $500 charge. After the two attempts to fix it Alliance went silent and did not offer any useful solution. We now had a technician from Kitchen Aid and he fixed the problem quickly. In short I can not recommend Alliance "Repair Service" I would call them Alliance collection Service at best."

"I have used Advantage Appliance multiple times. Great communication. When contractors call me back, they have won half the battle and Advantage Appliance always texts/calls back. I really appreciated the owner talking to me directly. He was up-front and honest about the work and the likelihood of success. Well worth the service-call fee and the final cost. It's good to have an honest, intelligent guy to call to fix appliances. I hate how short appliances last these days. "
