"We had an excellent experience working with GJP Developers and are happy to recommend them. Gary gave us great advice about what could be done within our budget and offered suggestions that truly added to the quality of the outcome for the space we were working with. His staff have a superior work ethic and Gary checked in on site often to be sure the project was moving forward and consistently kept us up to date on the progress of the renovation. When we asked for some changes to the original plan he was courteous and patient in providing us with what we needed. We were really surprised at how quickly the renovation progressed and how the quality of work was maintained along the way. "Matt and his team with MNB Renovations did a 32 x 24 addition that was basically a home build from the ground up. I am still surprised for the size of this project how stress free the process was. Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy!
