"I have waited too long to write this review. I did not want to write anything initially because I was mad at the time of my project's completion. Now though, overall, I am VERY satisfied with the quality and the cost of their work. They did go way beyond their originally quoted timeline however. (Disclaimer- the guy who initially quoted and oversaw my job no longer works for Mr. Turner and I believe it was as a direct result of his performance on my job.) My wife and I were disappointed in the extra time it took to complete the garage addition, but to Mr. Turner's credit, he honored the original price that I was quoted and he did not sacrifice quality on anything. I don't believe Mr. Turner made any money on my project, in fact he may have lost some. When the job is all said and done, of the 3 most important aspects- cost, quality, and timeframe, Mr. Turner and his crew delivered on the 2 that mattered most to me. 2+ years later, my garage addition is still as solid and leak proof as the day it was constructed. I had a few small incidents along the way with my project, but the entire time, Mr. Turner was an upstanding and true to his word honest man. This is a very rare quality for many contractors in today's world. In the end, I would use him again for any job- big or small."

"There was a 2-3 week delay in getting the windows for the enclosed patio but no fault of Porch Masters. <br /> In fact they got us a $500 reduction for the delay. Last June I called for some small additional work on the porch & they responded immediately. It should be noted that they provided many references prior to the job. "Griff came out and went over the details of the job with me. He measured square footage, checked the slope of the land, explained the process, including explaining the moisture shield and wire reinforcement. He asked how and where I wanted the equipment trucks and cement truck to go. He made sure I knew exactly what to expect. He and his crew arrived on time each day. They came out after the cement had hardened and cleaned up everything perfectly. He asked if I had someplace I wanted them to put the little pieces of concrete or if I wanted him to take the concrete. I have a runoff ravine and he purposefully placed them where they would do the most good. They raked the dirt neatly around the slab and put the grass plugs in the dirt. The grass is already being established. I highly recommend Griff's Concrete. In fact we are hiring him again to put in front sidewalks and a little patio. You might find somebody who says they will do it cheaper but it won't be better. <br />"

"Trent arrived when promised and took just about the amount of time estimated. He was very professional in his manner and in the work he performed. When he finished he said he would email the invoice along with recommendations for further work that might be necessary. The company apparently had computer trouble and I did not receive an invoice until September 9. I had been assured by both the person who scheduled the work and by Trent that there would be a discount for multiple jobs at the same address (I own a four-plex). When I finally received an invoice, there was no discount given. I sent a quick email back asking about it and was immediately given an adequate discount. Would definitely use this company again and I also would recommend them. <br />"
