"My original contractor had a medical emergency and could not complete the project he started. The TMRR team saved the project timeline for me as I was having tenants moving in. This was a major remodel of an apartment that had not been updated for 20 years. I would like to note that the attic which is about 750 ft.² was finished. The home is a Victorian and the attic has high ceilings as well as four huge dormers that can be rooms themselves. The big must here was to remove the chimney. These guyz were able to handle and repair roof accordingly. They also customized an extremely large storage space. It was made with cabinet doors that covered the knee walls completely- throughout the entire attic. Finally the ceiling of the attic was enhanced with paneled woodwork, maintaining the integrity of this 1910 Victorian home. The tenants and one of the tenantâ s parents were also very impressed by their work. This 360 degree designâ ¦. â Surround Sound Storageâ really made the space special and functional. . The railings and molding were better than what I had expected. I love natural woodwork and they delivered with their custom cabinetry skills. The work is absolutely beautiful. TMRR is very responsive, strong work ethic, candid and deliver on the work that they said they will doI. Not only I (quite experienced with renovations) but my husband (who does not get involved) really appreciated the workmanship. He was very impressed with all of their dedicated workers. I have rehired TMRR. They will launch an even larger project for me. This renovation will entail a garage addition at my primary home in Rhode Island. An extensive job with home on slope requiring excavation work as we will also be extending back and adding an additional floor. It is important to note that I am a bit innovative and love the fact that TMRR is just as innovative. They LISTEN, work with my ideas. and an even enhance them.
