I had to physically dig at the base of the old down spouts to expose the drainage piping system and suggest how they could tie into it to the installers and convince them that it was doable."

These guys came the next day to fix the missing shingles and did it a very reasonable price. At the same time, they noticed many other potential issues on my roof. Unlike a previous contractor that said that I needed to replace the whole roof, he said that the roof was still in good condition and he could repair all of it by just repairing the ridge line. "We had a tree growing out of the left corner of our second story gutter. Caio Lanes from Lanes Gutters called and we set up a day and time. He arrived a little after our appointed time but he'd called to say he was going to arrive later. He went right up the ladder and took pictures of the gutter and tree. The 12" to 15" tree was growing in a large amount of damp soil like debris that was clogging the gutter. Clearly we needed to have the entire gutter cleaned. Caio took off the leaf filters, removed the debris, reinstalled the leaf filters and worked his way across the 36 feet length of the front gutter. He worked quickly, had a nice personality and my wife and I are very pleased with the quality of his entire approach. We're going to have him back to clean more sections of our gutters."

"Customer Svc (calling into the office for scheduling/ followup) huge pain. The scheduling process is tedious. They pummel you with a barrage of emails, texts, phone calls. Their price is double other reasonable specific providers vs local handyman providers. I went with these guys based on their claim they *fix/repair* any minor defects. My oversized gutters were new a few years b4 service. I cleaned the gutters myself up until Ned Stevens work. I thought the check and fix was a good decision. As a result of this work, I now have downspouts separating from the gutter that I cannot fix myself. I expected much more for $190. Their *deals* $7 off , 10% off offer no value in my opinion."
