He observed the job and communicated what would need to be done and fixed/replaced everything that needed to be. "We chose Superior Kitchens to completely remodel our kitchen (finished in 2015) because of their high rating, professionalism in providing a complete quote, and examples of their beautiful floor design work. They were not the cheapest vendor we considered, but remember that old saying: you get what you pay for. Superior provided excellent project management: costs controlled carefully, schedule maintained despite inevitable delays by unforeseen hiccups (supplier delays, sub-flooring needed replacement, etc.), and addressed any questions/quality issues/changes requested by the fussy home owner (me) after the project began. All the members of their team, and the subcontractors (plumbers, electricians, painters) involved in the project were responsible and pleasant. Our friends love our new kitchen, and our most comment compliments concern the fantastic flooring design. After the job ended, we asked them to quote and replace all the vinyl flooring in the kids’ bathrooms, our mudroom hallway, and laundry room, as well as update a small bathroom. Their prices for these jobs were extremely reasonable. I highly recommend them to any homeowner who wants to remodel, and would hire these wonderful people again. And again."

"I thought my disposal had died and would need replacement.  One of Cuddy's plumbers showed up promptly, despite snowy streets, and got it going with a couple of simple moves; he would only accept payment for his time and the trip.  He also showed me what to do if the situation recurs.  Considering that he could have sold me a new disposal and made a lot more money, I appreciated his ethical choice in doing the repair and then showing me how to deal with it in future.

"The two toilets started showing the same problems a few days after the guy performed the work. The refrigerator work was perfect.
While doing the work, the guy indicated that I might have to replace my entire toilet if the adjustment did not work. I went to home depot right after to buy a new toilet and the guy there said, there is no need to buy a whole new toilet. I can just get the flushing assembly and replace it myself. That cost me $15 (per toilet) for the assembly. I googled how to do the work and did it myself for both my toilets. I haven't had a problem ever since.
So my impression was that this person was only looking to get additional work. He also recommended fixing the pipes in the main water line, which I have reviewed separately. He painted a very dire picture of my basement flooding, so I decided to get the work done. That cost me an additional $650.

"I hired MA Design and Construction Co to do my bathroom remodel at the recommendation of a friend who also used them for a bathroom/kitchen remodel, and I would definitely hire them again. Not only did they finish right on schedule, but they understood my desire to stay within budget, and never tried to pressure me to overspend or increase costs. They did not start construction until all of the materials were in hand, or in stock, which made the renovation go even smoother. I also had some plumbing issues arise (old valves that needed replacing) which they were able to replace without adding time to the schedule. Marc, Raquel, and team were great and very responsive. Raquel’s design suggestions were really helpful to me, as I wasn’t 100% sure what would look good in a small bathroom. I would definitely recommend their work!"
