"Some delays due to being in a "Co-op" building, needed paper work to be filed. The project when well. Total remolding of kitchen, and electrical up-grades in apartment. Would recommend them."

"My wife and I are very pleased with the work done by Matteo, Jose, Vicente and Juan. Matteo presented us with reasonable estimates for the two jobs we wanted done. One bathroom was gutted and renovated. It looks absolutely wonderful now. My wife and I provided the materials, but Matt was helpful in making suggestions. Jose added a control panel that now allows us to control water flow to the other bathroom and kitchen without having to turn off the water for the building. The master bedroom/studio was painted and looks great.. Among other things, they fixed a slanted doorway and replaced a door. We'd highly recommend them."

"David and his team were amazing to work with. They did our apartment renovations beautifully and on time. We had a very tight timeline before moving into our new home and the Mayanda team worked extremely efficiently without sacrificing quality. David was very communicative and responsive throughout, answering our questions promptly and even sending over in-progress videos. David has an eye for detail and made great suggestions as we were planning out our renovations. Some of his fixes were so seamless that you'd never guess there was anything wrong there in the first place -- beautiful work fixing up some broken heater covers, rehanging a crooked door, building a custom linen closet for the bathroom, and installing shoe molding, as well as repainting the whole apartment. The Mayanda team were professional and easy to work with. We love how our apartment renovations turned out! Would highly recommend Mayanda to anyone looking for a contractor!"

"Paul, Gene and their teams were delightful to work with. They're a busy company but managed to be on time, respond to our questions and felt accessible throughout the project. The members of the different crews were polite, professional and always on time. As with any project, there was a small issue that we wanted adjusted, and no problem at all. It was taken care of immediately. They were able to make suggestions without being aggressive and we welcomed their input. I only wish we had additional funding to do a few more projects! I am pleased to recommend this company without hesitation."

"We live in a prewar coop building in Manhattan and were in need of a kitchen, living and dining room/den renovation. Because of the limitations in our building, we were not optimistic that many changes could be made that would dramatically alter the feel/function of the space. Inson Wood proved us completely wrong. With his architectural eye and his impeccable design aesthetic we (and everyone who has been here before and after) experiences our apartment as an entirely different living space. Even family members are shocked at the transformation. I think that what Inson accomplished was the product of a few significant factors. First, Inson asks you what you want and seriously considers how you live. If Inson thinks that different approaches should be considered for what you want, he provides renderings of each option so that you can easily visualize and imagine them. Ultimately, Inson respects your preferences and works with them, elevating them to a level far above what you had imagined. Inson uses the highest quality vendors (whom we NEVER would have found) and expertly guides you through choices (note: follow his recommendations!!!)- our walls would never have had dimension and our kitchen backsplash never have been so unique (two examples) if not for the artisans that Inson uses. Inson is also willing to have you be as much or as little involved in the process as you want to be. I did go with Inson to choose many pieces of furniture but realized after a certain point that his taste point made me confident in him choosing much finishing work (ex: window treatments, decorative cushions, which I love) without me. As with all design work, there are always glitches and Inson was extremely responsive and responsible for taking care of those as they came up. We are nothing less than thrilled to come home each evening and enjoy our space, which feels like a luxurious retreat perfectly tailored to us."

"I have been recommending Zani Construction to my real estate clients for years. They have always provided exceptional service."

"Great experience with imperial contracting of NYC Corp from start to finish. Fair price for the work that was done and in fact, was the best price out of 5 different contractors. Yamin assisted me with getting the right shingle for my roof to match and yamin kept me up satisfied work done my exterior good job."

"I used TKT Remodeling Group LLC for a complete basement remodeling. Treon had wonderful ideas about ways to make my basement function more efficiently. He was the only contractor who took the time to discuss ways to remodel the basement that made sense (e.g., moving the bathroom and closet) into spaces that increased our living space. Treon and his crew are friendly, respectful, punctual, professional, and responsive. He even surprised me with a new, functioning fireplace. I wish I had taken before and after pictures. I was able to go to work and leave the workers alone in my home with no problems. Even after my basement project was completed, I called Treon with questions, and he responded quickly. I highly recommend him and will use him again."

"I recently hired this company for drywall repair, and I be more pleased with the results. From the initial consultation to the final touches, their team was professional, prompt, and extremely skilled. They assessed the damage quickly and provided a clear, fair estimate. The workmanship was exceptionalâ  seamless patches that blend perfectly with the existing wall. They even cleaned up thoroughly afterward, leaving my space looking better than before. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and they were always willing to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend this company for any drywall repair needs. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction truly sets them apart!"
