"When I am having work done on my home, I want folks that are knowledgeable, reliable, and punctual. I had a REALLY good experience with Zavza Seal. They are an incredibly well-run organization. Before any work is done they provide you with a PDF estimate with photos and detailed descriptions of the work being done. You then receive an invoice (that agrees to that estimate) payable by checking or credit card (via Quick books). Their billing department is separate from their workers, and all workers were supervised by a manager who was also responsible for doing the estimate. From the start of the estimate, I felt taken care of. Dice their admin was incredibly responsive to all my questions, emails, and texts. Jake the manager of the team was incredibly thorough when overseeing my project, and Andersen (who was doing a lot of the project work), was incredibly professional and always took the time to explain to me what they did and what was left to do before they left my home each day. Everyone always showed up on time when they said they would. I had a relatively large project - waterproofing my exterior and then replacing a sinking floor in my porch from old water damage. They tackled outside first to ensure no more water would get into my interior. I was sealed up outside with base create (concrete used for pool settings), and sealant. They addressed every single spot I wanted to be covered, and also sealed up spots I had no idea needed sealing. They worked around my schedule, and it was great that I had a point of contact outside of the day-to-day workers (Dice their admin) that I could reach out to for scheduling, questions, invoicing, etc. I love the fact that these are two separate parts of the business. Each part does its job very well and it makes a great customer experience. My porch floor was a larger project since the beams holding the floor up were rotted and needed strengthening. The floor needed to be ripped up and with that - we went with all new tile. I was talked through every step of the way, and where project costs needed to be increased, it was very transparent and I was always consulted and presented options and reasoning. Every quote for all work done was incredibly reasonable. I never felt gouged or nickeled and dimed. It was always a fair price for the work and materials. I could not ask for better communicators. Before I settled up the final payment I was walked through all the work done, and they understood I wanted to run my water test before paying the balance to ensure all the leaks I was having were settled. This required them to wait 48 hours (for the base to create and sealant to cure) for me to do that, and I never felt pressured, or questioned as to why I wanted to do that. The basement is dry now, and I have peace of mind! This company cares about doing good work, standing by that work, and ensuring the customer is satisfied. Every question/concern I had was addressed and answered. I always try to be a good partner to the contractors I hire (being clear and transparent about what I want done, limits to my schedule/budget, honest assessment of the situation, paying on time when work is done, etc.), and I appreciated that Zavza Seal recognized that, and reciprocated it, not all contractors do. The work done on my home came with a 5-year warranty. I hope that I never have to use it, but I know this team stands by their work, and I am confident I will be taken care of if I have any issues. This is incredibly rare these days, and I will be recommending, and using them in the future! Seriously the best experience I have ever had with a contractor."

"I am not yet able to determine whether or not the expected results of the basement waterproofing work is satisfactory as I have not had a rainstorm or heavy rain since the basement waterproofing work was performed. I will, however, pay great accolades to Quality 1st customer service, especially to Kyle. I was troubled with the proposal for the job as certain aspects of the language would have left me at an unfair liability should something had gone wrong with the work. I explained this issue with Kyle who followed through until the proposal was acceptable to me. The work crew was exceptional in that they were punctual, worked quickly, neatly and were, without question, among the hardest workers ever to have done a construction project for me. The crew was headed by Wilver along with his guys - Manuel and Jose. Again, I will refrain from commenting on the expected results of the work performed until the appropriate circumstances occur. In summary, I would say that Quality 1st demonstrated A1 customer service and the crew that performed my basement work were hard workers with great attitude."

"Rahat Construction did an amazing job repairing my basement and waterproofing the exterior of my house after Hurricane Ida. They regraded the cement, replaced the basement doors, re-fortified and repainted the damaged basement walls and replaced the badly cracked cement on my sidewalk. They are highly responsive, they work very quickly and carefully, and above all, they care about their customers—always taking time to explain decisions and new issues as they arise. This is the second time I’ve worked with them, and I would hire them again in a heartbeat."

"I Hired Hi Tech in spring of 2019 for a repair of my backyard cement work. Kami suggested I replace my cement with pavers instead. His price was so fair, that not only did I hire him to replace my backyard cement, but ALSO repair/waterproof my rear wall AND paint my fire escape as well! I'm so pleased to write that ALL the work Hi Tech did was top-notch & their workers were very respectful and cleaned up very well. Any concerns I had during construction was addressed immediately by Kami, which is HUGE in my book after dealing with other contractors that were not up to par. I would recommend Kami and his workers at Hi Tech Contracting & look forward to using them in the future, because their work raised the value of my home. "First they came to rip up a section of basement floor so we could add a bathroom. Richie worked around my plumbers schedule so it worked out perfectly. Then he came back to fill that basement floor and concrete my backyard. I had an existing piece of concrete that needed to be broken and removed and the yard had to be graded badly. Other contractors said it would take 2-4 days. Richie and his guys did it in 1 day. He came back the next day when the concrete was dry to clean up. I wasn't able to be there. I got home later that evening and noticed a few minor issues. I called Richie at 7pm to talk about it. He was at my house 20 minutes later to resolve anything he could right then. Then came back the next day again to make sure I was 100% satisfied. From the estimate to job completion, Richie was all class and nothing but professional. Very fair priced also. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Mr brickman."
