No issues thereafter. 2026: We had to replace a garage door for my mom and we decided to use them again for this new project...and I'm so glad we did. Mordi came the very same week I contacted him to look at the work that needed to be done and gave us an estimate. The price was not cheap, but Mordi gave us a discount in end. We accepted and they were able to come the very next day to replace our 1940's garage single door and install a beautiful insulated one with remote opener. JR recommended a torsion spring slightly longer than the original installed by the builder. The reason was that the original had snapped after only three years, and while it could have been defective, the thought was that a spring slightly larger than that recommended by the manufacturer would create a better system. He also explained to me that there was no reason to replace the other at this point and that there would be no future savings in the case I did, that I would be charged the same now as later since the second diagnostic fee would be waived. Angel performed the installation. The consummate pro, he was extremely careful and exacting in all aspects of the job. Naturally, he made certain that the tension for both the new right torsion spring and the old left torsion spring was the same. A line is drawn across the length of the torsion springs so that the rotations can be measured. Angel also answered my questions as he completed the different stages of the work. "I installed a gate on July 14, 2025, with a written 10-year warranty from the company and Sunny. One month later, the gate already had quality issues, including loud noise (video available). On October 18, 2025, the gate stopped working completely. For five days I couldn?t drive into my home, my gardener couldn?t enter, and garbage couldn?t be collected. I repeatedly called, texted, and left voicemails for Sunny (screenshots available), but he did not respond. After many attempts, he finally said he would send a technician on Saturday at 12 pm. I asked for earlier help?no reply. I reminded him again on Thursday and Friday?no reply. I cancelled all plans and waited at home, but no one came. Sunny ignored my calls and eventually texted: ?I am not working on Saturday, please don?t keep calling me.? Since paying for the gate, I have received no after-sales service, despite the written 10-year warranty. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company."
