So I recontacted Usman to add additional ventilation to my roof and he was out the next day to talk about my needs and give me an estimate. He gave me a fair quote, kept me well informed on the time line for when they could start/complete the project, and followed through. "Michael was extremely accomodating and thorough in explaining what was going to happen with the foam stucco we wanted on our house. the workers did a beautiful job. we also wanted new gutters and michael was able to get someone to do the job for us. however, we never received a paid invoice regarding the gutter job. Job was done in April 2024, now is august 2024. even after multiple texts and calls. we never received an invoice. when Michael asked for payments we never hesitated to pay. We would like a paid invoice for gutter job."
