The owner and one of his employees stopped by and did a thorough inspection of the roof for us and found the main problem. Metal Roofing systems saw our urgency and came out right away. They did an excellent job on the roof. It's held up well with this hard winter and a brief thaw. The only issue I had was the price. After the fact, I've found other roofers that would have done our whole house for less than it cost to do over one room and the porch. They then further sealed the skylight and replaced the shingles. I feel very confident that it will not leak again.
