We had never remodeled the exterior of our home, or any others and the task seemed overwhelming. Chuck was extremely knowledgeable in the process and took the time to listen to our concerns. His professional approach on “what is reasonable and customary” when starting a project of this scale made us both feel at ease. He provided many different options for repair, replacement and kept it all within our stated budget. Choosing the paint colors was the only thing he said was, a personal preference and mentioned that Sherwin Williams is the best choice for exterior paint, and they have any colors that meet your expectations. Project took 2 weeks and came in on budget. Their crew was employed by MAC and not sub-contractors. They were on time, cleaned up at the end of each day and very respectful of our property. On Time. I met with three different contractors to get ideas and proposals for my deck, and Mark was the only one that proactively followed up with regular updates and explanations for any delays out of his control (e.g., from suppliers). They were also very helpful in providing ideas and suggestions. Jake also went above and beyond: we had wood rot on our original deck after only 5 years, and Jake volunteered to figure out who supplied the original wood, went in person to meet with the supplier to understand why it would have rotted, and he sent me a warranty claim form and instructions from the supplier to get a reimbursement for the rotted wood! I’ve never worked with any service provider that’s provided that level of service. I highly recommend ITP Renovations."

"This is a maintenance free deck that should last my lifetime. On the higher end of the cost scale but I didn't want wood that would need stained or painted. And I especially didn't want decking material that deteriorates after 5 years. Or discolors and gets covered in mold. Very sturdy build. Build team asked me about any issues they ran into and together we worked out a plan. Very happy with the people and the deck."

"Had a Deck put on and kitchen window turned into a sliding glass door. Troy the deck guy was a perfectionist and a true professional. He did impeccable work. He answered any and all questions and worked around weather issues that arouse, etc. For a 1-man crew got the deck done way quicker than expected in just 8 full days. Door also got put in less than a day. The company over all was great and kept up with all communications weather via email or phone and along with follow up dealing with supply issues due to covid overall awesome staff. The crews also had to deal with other projects going on around them such as roof and siding at the same time. Everything went very well and could not be any happier. "I contracted with All Inclusive in early February. Unfortunately the weather was not co-operating. It was either too cold or always raining. But Ferlando kept me in the loop on when he would be able to start on my project, which was extensive to say the least. But once the weather got decent and they started on the project they had it finished faster than I would have thought possible and better than I'd ever imagined. My house looks brand new and I have to say this was probably the best money I've spent on this place. And it was more than reasonably priced. Their estimate to do the work was SUBSTANTIALLY below the other estimates I'd gotten and the work was superb. They even repaired things I wasn't expecting. "They were on time and professional. The job did not go without problems though. After installation we had a rainy day and had several leaks at the back porch cover. They did come back within 2 days and fixed the problem. Also had some shingles that were sticking up on the roof and they added more glue and that fixed the problem. As far as I can tell at this point, all leaks have been fixed in a timely manner. They were quick to respond to our problem. I would hire them again, but my husband was super upset and he does not share my sentiment. He did not expect any problems after job completion. I was much more calm and had no doubt they would come back and all would be well....which it was in the end."
