"We had an outstanding experience with Make a Choice Home Exterior. Our home is 3-sides brick and several pieces of siding and trim had begun to rot. We also had 2 fixed pane 4'x5' windows replaced and the entire house painted. Our project manager, Ivan was fantastic and we couldn't have asked for a more professional person. He was attentive to our needs and desires and would offer recommendations when asked. It was obvious that customer satisfaction was his goal. At the end of everyday during our project, other than the completed work, we couldn't tell the work crew was onsite, everything was cleaned up! We already have other projects in mind for Make a Choice Home Exterior."

"From start to finish the majority of the interaction with power home remodeling was pleasant. William our salesperson was amazing and he taught us a lot about windows and insulation. We waited over 6 months for our front door but our windows were installed on time and we are pleased with them. We had a few hiccups along the way and communication could be improved upon but overall it wasn’t a bad experience. They did do everything within their power to rectify the fact that we had to wait so long for our door. FYI if you are getting windows replaced go with power home, the install went well and the installers cleaned up after themselves. If you are getting doors replaced and you need them right away you may need to shop around to see what the wait time is because you will have to wait awhile. However I will say that the door is of good quality and the installers that installed the door did a great job"

"Everything was perfect. Mr. Gray discussed the condition of my Mother's roof with what he discovered while removing the old roof. I was really impressed by the timing to complete the job. The top rating is 5 but I'm giving the company a "10"."

"This house is over 100 years old. Few of the windows were square or plumb with several windows self installed by different residents over the years. Joe's team was able to overcome these issues without major structural work and finished the job in one day. Rotted exterior wood was replaced and frames were wrapped with aluminum trim coil. Joe noticed loose gutters while at the house and repaired them at no cost."

Responds promptly to text and kept me informed through the entire process. The crew working on my roof were very polite, hard working and you’d never know they had been to my house. "This is my second project with Jean-Claude and it went extremely well (just like the first one).  We had a lot of challenges with the original construction of the kitchen and the shortcuts taken by the builder.  Jean-Claude and his team are very detail-oriented and made sure everything lined up well.  What I really appreciate about him is his problem-solving attitude.  Instead of just patching things together and getting out as fast as he can, he really takes the time to develop a good strategy toward finishing the work.  I would highly recommend Jean-Claude for any bathroom or kitchen remodeling.
