"Aaron & his crew took on the monumental task of power washing, repairing, and re-staining our 2-historic-homes-combined, 3,000 sq. ft. (2-story in height) home w/large, embellished porch, wooden-beamed carport, and wooden perimeter fence near Bellville, Texas during the hot, humid month of August 2021. The exterior of the home had not been touched in nearly 20 years and was in dire need of repair and/or replacement of beveled, hard-to-find red cedar siding and a TON of silicon caulking and TLC. Initially, Aaron gave us a much less expensive (AND longer lasting) option of "painting" the siding vs. having it re-stained carefully explaining the pros and cons of each. From the start, Aaron was friendly, knowledgable, and professional in every aspect of our interactions. His initial job cost proposal was delivered via email using an easy to understand software program. VERY professional! Once the work began, Aaron never failed to return my calls/texts in a timely manner, and he was forthright about costs and expectations whenever any unforeseen complications arose (i.e., difficulties finding supplies). His crew even showed up a day ahead of schedule to begin work! WOW! That's service!!! Additionally, Aaron's professional craftsmen and painters showed up every day, worked in blazing hot heat without complaint, and never failed to keep the worksite clean and tidy when they left for the day. Their level of conscientiousness and care was unmatched. When the job was complete, it was beyond our expectations - BEAUTIFULLY done with fine attention to detail. Then, 5 days following the completion of work, we had landscapers accidentally damage a section of siding. "The 9 inches of rain from remnants of Patricia gave it the ultimate test and it performed beautifully. Whereas minor rain events caused ponding before, with the new drainage there was barely any standing water even as these heavy rains were ongoing.
The sprinkler system was trickier to fix than anticipated since a previous contractor had accidentally cut the electric lines between the nozzles. Rob and his crew were able to get everything back into working order.
Tree trimming also was handled professionally, as Rob carefully identified which branches needed trimming so as to let in sufficient light for the grass while maintaining the health of the tree.

They have installed exterior lighting, power vents on our roof, repaired/replaced exterior wood that was rotted, replaced damaged fascia and soffetts, and painted the exterior of our house. Barry's brother Bill installed a PlexiDor through-the-wall dog door; he and the rest of the crew appear to take pride in their work. They are all kind and respectful. I like and trust them all. Barry prepares the estimates and schedules the work. While the work was in progress Barry came by our house almost everyday to insure the timeliness and quality of the work. If I ask Barry a question that he doesn't know the answer to he doesn't blow smoke; instead he says he doesn't know but will find the answer and get back to me. I feel I can trust someone like that.
