"I am so disappointed. This company did a bait and switch and I ended up cancelling the order because they wanted $2,000 more! One month into the project--- financing processed, windows measured and ordered, and just awaiting notice of installation date--- they called me to say that they made a mistake and they could not do project for the agreed upon, signed contract. At that point I saw lots of red flags and did some more research on company. I discovered a F RATING from Better Business Bureau. Needless to say, I saw this as a sign from God that I should NOT use this company!!!!!"

"The sales person was wonderful. However the sunroom leaked 30 days after completion and they will not fix the roof. Even with photos and videos of the roof leaking they are stating the brick is leaking. Very disappointing since the experience up to this was great and I over paid thinking I would get better customer service."

Joe communicated timely with me on when the crew would arrive. They got here right on time. They were very thorough and professional, and the cleaned up extremely well. The roof looks great one less thing I'll need to worry about for a long time. Price was very reasonable and right in line with what I had calculated on my own. I would highly recommend this company."
