"Went with Manfredia's again! Ran into a problem with the garage roof an a major leak but Manfreida's came through with flying colors. After I put in my call the owner was out to do the estimate for me the same week an even did a little extra by taking down some mushrooms ( ewwww) that had been lurking where the leak had been particularly bad. In order to save my otherwise perfectly good, very full, garage they were even able to fit me into the schedule the following week to get the roof ripped off, re-decked and water tight before an upcoming storm. What a life saver! The crew that came out was very nice and worked swiftly, over all the job took less then three days to complete. They even replaced a small part on the back of the roof that had rotted and replaced all the trim sections with pvc so the carpenter bees wont be be making any more holes! Everything came out wonderfully I enjoy seeing it every time I pull into the driveway. I love working with Manfredia's and will DEFIANTLY be calling again for my next project. Thanks!!"

"Fantastically well. The quality of the work performed was top notch and the individuals on the team were highly professional and very personable. The lead, Samuel Nelson, listened carefully to everything that I said and then provided valuable feedback that resulted in a better outcome and lower overall cost. I am more than pleased to be able to recommend Nelson General Contractor."

"We hired Paul to do a kitchen remodel, which included removing 2 walls, converting from an electric to gas range, modifying windows, and adding a large island. The work was done well and we were impressed with his team’s attention to detail. Our new kitchen is beautiful!"

"Price was what we were quoted beforehand and they did quality work quickly. Only took a couple weeks to remodel the basement. I may end up putting bathroom in the basement later on and would use them again. Thanks!"

"Matt did an amazing job with our project. He was very responsive and thorough every step of the way. I highly recommend him!"

"G&V Construction Services were a top-notch company throughout the entire process. Brian came out and provided me with an estimate and recommendations at the beginning of the process and was onsite providing assistance throughout the week with his crew. They arrived on the first day with a four man crew that you could tell had experience in their roles. They provided the best service I could have asked for and exceeded my expectations for the finished product. Like many other people on this site, I had never heard of G&V Construction Services prior to experience and relied on them solely based on reviews and ratings with this site. I cannot say enough good things about my experience and the quality of work provided by Brian and his crew."

"The team at Apex did an amazing job! Very professional, kept the project on pace and even finished sooner than planned! We are so very happy with our kitchen remodel and it was a pleasure to work with Apex"

"Jerry and Jerry were amazing from the start to the end of my project. Father and Son team with such a high level of professionalism and integrity. I had a vision in mind for my bathroom remodel and all my needs were met and then some. My bathroom is beautiful. The bathroom was done within the timeframe quoted and within budget. No surprises and I am very happy. Clean professional quality finish and all with a smile. Lovely guys to work with. Call Razzano and son for your remodeling projects now."

"Our full view storm door needed the door handles replaced. We were unable to lock it. We put in a request thru Angi and Delmar Yellock of Designing Xpressions was the first contractor to respond. After discussion, he agreed to stop by the very next day. Upon arrival and after examining the door he found I had purchased the wrong parts. He fully explained what needed to be done and why it needed to be done. He visited a local store and purchased the correct parts. Despite spending twice as much time doing the repair he stuck with the original price quoted. I learned Del is actually a general contractor and does remodels and virtually any job inside the house. We will definitely be calling him back for future work. One last point: Del's price (including parts) was one sixth of prices quoted by others. This experiece almost makes me want to see something else need fixing! Great honest contractor!!!"
