"I've got some really old berber carpet and it's seen a lot fo wear, pets, some leaks, etc. Overall it went well. Hue came out and inspected the stain I had and explained that it needed more than just steaming because it had browned already. He treated the spot and cleaned it and everything looks great now. I had him out a second time to clean the carpets completely and he did a thorough job. I had a few spots that didn't dry well and he came back and re-cleaned those and left fans on it extra time to make sure it dried."

"Fantastic customer service and they were able to get the job done quickly with excellent results. We could not be more satisfied. If you need carpet stretching or repair, this is who you need."

"My carpets were not properly stretched when I moved in and I had tons of wrinkles in the carpet that kept getting worse. Allied fixed all the wrinkles by stretching the carpet and they did a wonderful job! I would highly recommend this company!"

"BETTER THEN ANY OTHER SERVICE WE HAVE HAD!!!! Absolutely beautiful, Raymond was wonderful, respectful and followed all health protocols. Will definitely be having them back. Carpets look brand new and they are 15 years old. We have our carpets done every 6 months and have never seen them as clean as now. Thank you, greatly appreciated for your service and time you spent making sure we were satisfied."

"The carpet tech was very knowledgeable and considerate of our needs. Would recommend their service to anyone needing carpet service."

"Excellent work. My carpets were in really bad shape and I thought that they were at the end of their useful lie. I've gotten them cleaned by a number of companies over the year and Elite truly surpassed all my expectations. I was seriously considering replacing the carpets but after Elite cleaned it I really think I can get a few additional years out of them."

"JR was quick, responsive, and extremely helpful. He saw another area and when they walked in so he stretched that area too, for a low additional fee. Greatly appreciated. Plan to use him when we replace carpeting upstairs."
