"What a thrill to have discovered this superb contractor! We had a 3-room remodeling project (living room/dining room/library and hall) that other contractors had low-bid on -- with insufficient understanding of the project's scope. Andrei videotaped the project and developed a detailed scope of work that met our requirements exactly. The work included removing wallpaper, painting (including ceiling that slopes from 8' to 18'), installing wainscot, fixing floors, installing electrical boxes, installing new wallpaper, etc. Each of the 3 teams he brought in were extraordinarily competent, friendly, organized, and meticulous. "Once again, AMS Home Remodeling, Frank, was able to clean up my mess.  After ordering a closet organizer unit online. I made the mistake of hiring another company to install the units - 3 total (2 reach in and 1 master).  This original company did not know what they were doing and caused me nothing but more problems (i.e. holes in walls, damaged pieces from closet unit that needed to be replaced, etc).  Frank was able to make time in his all ready busy schedule to come out to take a look at the mess.  He was able to get me into the schedule and complete the install and all repairs from previous contractors by the end of the week.  Frank and his crew (Bruno plus 1) did more than an outstanding job.  Final product is amazing.  I have used AMS Home Remodeling for a complete makeover in my home and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for an honest dependable contractor.  I absolutely LOVE these guys.

"Vince called me back within hours of my sending him a message through Angie's List.  Even though he does not list Montgomery County as one of his service areas, he was completely willing to help us out.  In my message, I had requested the work to be done onsite but Vince explained why having him pick up the generator and take it back to his shop to work on it would make more sense.  His charge for pick-up and delivery back to us was only $34.95.
When Vince came to pick up the generator, he was on time and was able to give me a ballpark cost for the work (which turned out to be very accurate).  He said that he could get it back to us in 3-4 days but I asked if he could do it faster as there was a snow storm predicted for the next day or so.  Vince agreed to a shorter time line and ultimately got the generator back to us within 1 day!  There ended up being no snow storm but we got our generator back in working condition - along with a booklet of care instructions, a copy of our invoice, and a service history form.  A few days later we received a hand-written Thank You card in appreciation of our business.  I can't imagine how the service could have been any better.  We will use Vince for any future small engine repairs/maintenance we have and highly recommend him and his services.

"Great! Cornelio and his team were on time, cleanly, good work, and worked well with my designer and inspector for a great finished product. He completely gutted an old kitchen and half bath and rebuilt that part of the house as well as installing a small deck off the kitchen. This included electrical, plumbing, structural, insulation etc. He installed cabinets, added decorative elements like beams, floating shelves and a rounded arch. He also added a master bath, that was also of great quality. After this major job, I hired him to do a 'face lift' of my existing bathroom as it looked dingy next to the new work he had done - this work also turned out great and freshened up a very old space."
