"Lawrence came out on a Saturday to fix the lock on our iron gate before we left for vacation. As we suspected, the lock was shot but Lawrence was able to replace it with newer version of the exact same Yale lock! Lawrence was extremely knowledgable regarding DC codes and explained that if we rented our house, we could call back and have the lock portion replaced with a handle! Great job! Would absolutely call them again!"

Starting with our initial concept meeting, Baha guided us through all the steps in the process, helped draw out our vision of what we wanted, and offered useful alternative ideas. He provided helpful suggestions for finding all customer provided items, such as tiles, bathtub, vanity, and fixtures. Because of the location of this room, plumbing installation was extremely challenging, but their plumber Stanley was a genius at figuring out how to route the supply and drain lines through various floors and ceilings. The drywall, tiling, electrical, and plumbing crews were all first rate, finished their work in a timely manner and cleaned up the site thoroughly. Throughout the project, Chris was always available to follow up on any questions or concerns we had. I would recommend Euro Design without hesitation to anyone considering a home design project."

They put in a lot of crappy boards. They were the only ones that I found that replied that would put in the fence that I wanted. Most of it was very good, but, of course, on the far side of the yard I found lots of boards that were not up to snuff. Eight years ago they got the fence in. I wasn't there (when they did the work). I would use them again in the future only if I stood over them with a shotgun. They could have used better boards and given me a lighter gauge. I wasn't there for the most part and they were all Hispanic so I've got no idea how the workers were, but the contractor that was watching over them had no complaints.

The work was done very professionally and quickly.  Crew cleaned up everything, including old fence materials.  Fence looks terrific and we were very pleased with the entire process.

"I was referred to Mr. Simms from a friend. Mr Simms did a great job on the rear gate. There were a few issues with timing, and the start of the work time. Mr. Simms is a one man shop so I can understand he is busy, but there should have been a bit further communication. Nevertheless, he did return my calls promptly. The quality the the rear gate, and the price were fantastic. He took his time and did it right. Based on this, I decided to let him bid on a fence that I wanted built in the front of my house. The price was significantly higher than the work for the rear gate. The end product does look nice, and to be clear these are custome built fences that Mr. Simms fabricates. But there were a few times that I had to step in to prevent corners being cut. Also, Mr. Simms did not have a generator for his welder, and I had to give him a power cord and he used my electricity. My bill this past month was $100 above what it is normally, and his welder also flipped a circuit in my house which was an inconvenience. 

Overall, Mr. Simms is a skilled welder that does have a good eye. I would use him again if the scope of the work was completely defined."

"The salesman made me suspicious. It made me feel that there had been a complaint or problem previously. They manufacture their own doors and have a showroom. The next day or two, the guy was supposed to come by and measure the doorway and window guard I was putting on. I got a call asking if I had a ladder, because the man had a car and couldn't fit a ladder. He went up on the roof and yesterday the salesman was kind of anxious, and kept mentioning that he didn't get a Medallion truck, and that's why he was driving a car. I guess that it was because they are sales people. I got a call this morning saying that they would be out Monday (2/24/14) morning to install the door. I am suspicious of the rapidity that they are moving on the deal. Since they make their own doors, I can appreciate that there is no 3rd party, but since it is going so fast I am concerned the quality might be off."

"After having to postpone my original installation appointment time (due to a delay caused by a previous job and impending nightfall), I was unsure of what level of professionalism to expect of Iron Kingdom; however, the next day, the workers that arrived to install my security bars allayed me of those concerns. They were punctual, professional, and worked in the rain to get the job done. They were thorough and were able to answer all questions and concerns I had regarding the work. Not only was I happy with the job they did on my windows, I was also very pleased with their repair of my security door. I am very pleased with the results."
