"Luis and his team did an exceptional job refinishing my hardwood floors. Since the place was built, the floors have seen a lot of wear and tear, as evident in the before and after photos. Luis assured me that he could remove the scratches and damage, and he delivered on his promise. The floors now look brand new and give my place a fresh, modern feel. Refinishing the floors is a cost-effective way to enhance the appearance and ambiance of your home. It’s much cheaper than tearing up the flooring and installing something new. Luis and his team worked incredibly efficiently and completed my smaller project in just over a day. I highly recommend Luis to anyone in need of flooring services. He was professional, honest, and provided a very fair quote."

"Wagner Floors is, without exaggeration, one of the most dishonest and unprofessional companies we?ve ever dealt with. We had them come out after a flood to replace our carpet. They insisted on sending a sales rep in person so we could get an accurate quote. We trusted that. Big mistake. After agreeing to the price, they demanded full payment upfront before even ordering the carpet ? which should have been our first clue that this company operates on red flags. Then installation day arrives: 12/22/2025, a date they promised so our home would be ready before Christmas with family visiting. The installers walk in and immediately hit us with, ?Oh, by the way, you owe another $350 because the salesman miscounted seams.? This exact issue shows up in other reviews, so clearly this isn?t an accident ? it?s a pattern. See the rest on Google. To long to post full review on this platform."

"We were somewhat happy with the finished product. However, there several spots in the kitchen area needing to be redone. Adam came and inspected the problem spots and promised to come back and fix them. He never showed."
