"Jill provided two different floor plans for us, and was very flexible, as far as working the option of piano into the room.  She responded to several follow-up questions I had, and provided suggestions for where to locate resources.  Jill was very easy to work with, and very accommodating. However, I found the process of working with a "virtual designer" to be a bit challenging for me.  That was definitely no fault of Jill's, thought.  I would use her again, particularly if I needed help with planning a room layout.

Totally gutted basement, put in a sump pump and drainage tile, redesigned set-up to be more efficient than before. The job was completed 4 months ago, and so far, very dry, no mildewy smell, and I love the way it looks. Has almost doubled our living space. It took a little longer than I expected -- ran into a few issues, but the end result is very nice. I would use this company again."
