"Very professional from the estimate to the completion of the repair of the roof! Clean up was also completed!"

"Victor's sent Kory Solomon out to address our issue and provide an estimate. He was timely, professional and honest with every point of his examination. The review was thorough. Kory made short videos of the portions of the roof that were examined and reviewed them with us. I cannot be more enthusiastic about this company and would recommend them to anyone who thinks they need a new roof or repair."

"Responded quickly for a repair. Cleaned up mess from the repair as well as the blown off shingles."

"THE DAY OF WORK,CAME OVER REPAIR ROOF HOLES AND PUT IN A BATH ROOM VENT ON ROOF WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN,A+"

"The actual roof looks lovely and stopped all my previous issues. However, I experienced damage to interior walls due to the long term (3 weeks) storage of all my shingles on one side of my ridge. I was told it would be repaired, but we are five months later with no timeline on that project. The cleanup looked good on the surface, but I found lots of roofing debris and cigarettes in my landscaping. I also stepped on a couple nails which thankfully just took out a pair of sneakers and caused no injuries. Overall, the work done looks great and Im not experiencing issues five months into the install. However, I did not feel like my experience was all it could have been based on the numerous positive reviews I read before hiring Element Roofing. *Be aware my work was done in the summer, during a pandemic. Weather and illness aside, the damage to my walls could have been prevented with better communication and better organization of delivery versus start day of this project, which is the only reason I was frustrated."

"They were very professional and timely!"

"Prompt courteous and professional. Very satisfied reasonable price. Will have them apply a new roof next year"

"Went amazing was super thrilled with his service. He cleaned my gutters and did some cleaning of the roof free of charge, I would recommend his service to anyone."

"Henry & Bob were very patient to explain the paneling functions and track down what needed to be repaired. They followed up with getting up parts ordered that were under warranty. They will also quote us for adding a battery to our system. So far so good! We look forward to them coming back in a week with our new parts to get us back up and running!"

"Mr. Hayden and his crew came out to repair a section of my roof that covers an addition that I want to remodel. We talked through some options and decided on the most optimal solution. Thumb exterior did a great job with the repair. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was sealed properly and gave me confidence that the roof would hold up for years to come."
