see that they walk on the roof and pick up the gutter waste and put it into bags, which is
more efficient than me going up the ladder and grabbing what i can reach then move the ladder.
This was a Special where they do the gutters and "one minor repair" for $99  What wasn't stated was
that the repair was to be related to the gutter system...however we identified something related,
 and that repair is still working better than ever 2 months later.

"They always do a great job at a fair price. They initially had an opening the day after I put in the request but had to reschedule for Monday. They were out here first thing in the morning and got right to work and were finished very quickly. Extremely satisfied. They also didn't charge me extra for the gutter guards that they had previously installed a couple years ago. I highly recommend this company. Many of the other reviews mention no shows and lack of communication which was not my experience with them. I chatted with them through Angie's list for all communication each time I have used them (4 times total) and everything went smoothly. They can't control the weather so you can expect reschedules for this type of work."

"Fair. They missed a number of spots and, although we tried to call them several times to ask for a revisit, they did not return calls. We did not read the ad right, and the gutter cleaning was only for the exterior. Although the tech said they could do it for an additional $x, they were unavailable to make this request as well. House looks much better than it did, though. They will be using your water, not theirs."

"Brian Genovese sent me pictures via email which was helpful since I don't live in NJ and needed to hire someone to work on my mother's house. The pictures showed the old gutters falling off the house so I could understand just how bad the situation was. Genovese's price was lower than another gutter repair outfit. There was some debris left over from the old supports and it would have been good if they could have cleaned that up. Other than that they did a fine job."
