"The technicians were knowledgeable and were able to troubleshoot and repair the issue in a short amount of time. The company also offered same day service. The only issue I experienced was that scheduling was a bit difficult. Either due to availability of techs or mix-ups with appointment times, it took a few tries to find a day where they were able to perform the service. The price was much more reasonable than expected for diagnosis and maintenance and they rolled the diagnosis price into the total cost. They were even able to return after the work was finished to repair another minor issue. Overall I would hire DK Electrical Solutions again and recommend them to friends and family in the future."

"We purchased the home a month before all of our electrical issues started. Come to find out that water was following the main wire into the panel, and moisture was building behind the breakers. We found the problem when a circuit became overloaded, and the breaker didn't trip, causing the wire to overheat and almost cause a serious fire inside the wall void and drop ceiling. We started calling all the local services, and that's when we found Alex and the crew of Princeton Electrical Makeover (PEM). Even during the great pandemic (COVID-19) of 2020, PEM was responsive, professional, reasonable, and safe when coming into our home. Alex, the owner of PEM, took our call and immediately made us feel at ease. He asked us the right questions to start diagnosing the issues and even agreed to come out and look at it himself (now that's a great owner/operator). When Alex arrived, the same day we called, he wore a mask, gloves, and even shoe covers to keep the home clean and germ-free. Before we knew it, the house was back and running in one day. He and his crew found multiple burnt wires and a circuit that wasn't operating as intended. I hired him to replace the service coming down the side of the house, through the meter box and then the main panel and sub-panel. He did a great job. He was clean and neat and he worked around my work-from-home needs to electricity. He did the service and main panel on a Saturday and I had minimal power disruption. He is friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire him again."
