"I have been using Mr. Buggs for 3 years for pest control and have been very pleased. I was using another company for my yard, trugreen, and they were horrible. They basically killed my $10,000 lawn. I decided since the pest control was spot on, I would give the lawn service a try. I met with the gentleman and had a laundry list of concerns about my lawn. I waited patiently, because of all the rain, and sure enough he showed up in a timely manner and remembered everything I said and had a plan for it. It truly is great customer service with a feeling that you matter and are not just another dollar sign."

"I had some ants living in the wall of my garage. When I called Cothren's Pest Control I spoke to someone who was an experienced pest control expert. After I described my situation, he told me about some test they would run to determine the best treatment methods. He treated my home after a complete inspection of the property. When I called Terminix I spoke to someone that quoted pricing and made appointments. She knew nothing about pest control."

"Did a greta job with inspecting the house."

"I am in the process of hiring so can't respond to the above ratings."

"Great customer service and even better bug service! No complaints, great experience!"

"Excellent service, called them on a Friday night after hearing rodents in the walls and they cam out Saturday and treated the inside, outside and crawl space under my house. They even put some small pellets in my air vents to eliminate odors. The treatment worked very well. Within 24 hours, the noise of rodents in the walls stopped and I saw no rodent activity outside. It has been quiet every since. I have tried two other pest control companies, with no positive results. this is the only company that did something that worked very well. I would highly recommend Tri-City Termite Pest Control to everyone. Very good company!"

"It has been going fine. They seem to be courteous and show up when I expect them to be there. If they cannot be there, they will call and let me know in advance. They use eco-friendly products as well; that we appreciate very much."

"I do not hear anymore noise in my attic. They never caught the squirrel but they sealed off entry points"

"A little pricey. Very friendly. Too soon to tell if pest control is effective."
