"Chase was very professional and thorough. I highly recommend him for your pest control."

"Freedom Pest Control was recommended from HomeAdvisor. We purchased a new home that was sitting for a period of time and we needed help with rodents and insects and Freedom Pest Control was with us from day one! The team pest expert Tim Baldinger is absolutely awesome. He often calls to check in. The team is great to work with and our pest guy Warren is very responsive. They are our Pest Guys for years to come!"

"The process was very smooth from start to finish. Communication was excellent. The team is obviously very knowledgeable about pest control. I hope that I never need to use a pest control service again, however, if I do, this will be the only place that I call. I am a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to my home, and these good people checked all of my boxes."

"The guy who came by and performed the inspection and quote was very nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately with their termite service, if termite damage occurs while you have their service, they do not cover the cost to repair damages. The worst part was about a week later I got a call from a woman from their office asking about their quote and if we wanted to move forward with their service. I told her we wouldn’t be because they don’t cover termite damage while under contract with them. She then became a little miffed and told me that no pest control company covers termite damages. She also bragged about them getting all the ex Terminix, Orkin, and Action Pest Control clients because they don’t cover damages, which was a childish point to make. Also, I hate to break it to her but all three of those companies do cover termite damages while you’re under their contract and I have first hand experience with Terminix hiring a general contractor to come out and fix my previous house’s termite damages at no charge. So she is just trying to make other companies look bad. I liked the inspection guy, but I would never do business with this company."

"I spent several hours trying to hire a company for a VA pest inspection. After filling out HomeAdvisor s form, I had a few companies willing to do the work. Chadwick came to my home within an hour of initial contact. We truly appreciate their service!!"

"The Pest Control employee arrived earlier than told. He went to work outside and then inside. He asked questions about were the bug problem was the worst. He was very polite and informative."

"The tech was very informative and was also a "good listener" to things I ask about my specific property pest problems."

"Did a greta job with inspecting the house."
