"I am not sure they completed all of the things we were supposed to get and then we still had ticks and fleas. We live in a very heavily wooded area so it's probably not that easy to take care of the stuff. If I did I would try somebody new next year. I saw him more than once, but I didn't see him later in August and I don't know if he was here because our dogs who are fenced have fleas. We tried to call him a couple of times and we never received a call back. He was a little cheaper than other places. When he was here, it seemed to work fine. I am going to try somebody else first, maybe I'll go back to him at some point, I don't know. But if I do, I'll have some things straightened out upfront.  I wish he responded to us after we started calling in August wanting to know how long it lasted and if he was coming again. When we did call him, we told him that the dog had fleas and apparently had a tick because he has Lyme disease. That is when we never had back from him. The deal was to come every 2-3 weeks to spray and he did early in the morning. He didn't really make an appointment, it was just something he had to do every 2-3 weeks."
