"This year I used ABC Humane Wildlife Control & Landmark Pest Mgt to have some birds humanely removed from my house. Everyone I dealt with — from scheduling to the service techs on-site — was nice, attentive, and professional, and each step was explained thoroughly so I always knew what was happening. This isn't the first time I've used them — in the past they helped with a raccoon issue too. They set up traps, and whenever I found one had caught a raccoon the next morning, I'd call and they'd come by promptly to safely remove it. Consistently great experience both times."

"Very professional and patient with my paranoia and my fear of having bed bugs. My friend had them I was at her house, that's all it took. Very understanding. No further work needed. A+."

"Owner took extra time to explain services, prices, and offer additional options for rodent control. Also explained reasons for providing only outside service for bugs and a formula to address stink bugs in the house."

"We had a rough start with them. Originally I think I paid $100, and it didn't do the trick. Then they were going to check back with us, but they didn't. So I called them and they didn't answer. We got off to a rocky start. Finally I got the person who own the company, he came out and he resolved the issue. By that time it had gotten pretty out of place. He did it in a fair sweep. He said if we had anymore problems we could call him. He has a lot of issues with his help. They don't help. I need to take it out on the owner of the company and grade them low because it was hell. When he came out he did an excellent job, and assuming I can call him this spring when the bugs are back. I would definitely give him an A. The guy that came out the first time did not identify the bugs properly. It cost us a lot of delays. He said we had honey bees in the house. We did not have honey bees in the house. The honey bees were not dangerous. We had a harness, and wasp. We would have been more aggressive in trying to figure out trying to get rid of them if we would have not thought they were not honey bees. I thought the pricing was fair. They were punctual. If the bees come back, which I think they will. I will call them again. The owner was very responsive, very thorough, and did a very good job. It turned out he didn't know one bee from another. When I got the owner hes not afraid to go up on the roof and get the bugs. They were on the second floor outside. The first guy didn't want to climb on the roof. The owner definitely has issues with his health. That's the problem."

Greenix has called and resolved this situation to my satisfaction. They have proven quite thoroughly that they care about their company's integrity and the customer service provided by it's agents. I have revised my initial grading accordingly.

Original Review:
I canceled my first appointment with Greenix Pest Control after waiting 45 minutes past the scheduled time and two phone calls ending up in their voicemail. The new customer coupon and great Angie's List rating (at the time) was tempting enough to bite. Now I read their Facebook page and apparently this is a long standing issue with them. I definitely do NOT recommend wasting your time with this company. Their FB page also lists complaints of being charged even when no service was provided; that better not happen here!"

"Absolutely fantastic. I was struggling with a cellar pest problem, not anymore!!"
