"After discovering bed bugs we needed to get a handle on it fast. Demetrius was very helpful in discussing the problem over the phone, and was able to come for an inspection the following day. He showed up right on time, and was generous with his extensive knowledge and experience. He examined everything very closely, found several live bugs in the process, showed us what to look for, and described their patterns and behavior. He discussed with us the pros and cons of the several methods of treatment, including the method Alleviation uses. Armed with this knowledge, we were informed enough to be able to proceed."

"If you're looking for termite and/or pest control services, Bradford and Sons Pest Services is the way to go. Ray, the company manager, actually came to my house to perform the initial inspection and the chemical application, and he was not only professional and courteous, but very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions (and I had a lot of them), and explained exactly what services he performed and why ... and then gave a couple of tips to keep pest-free going forward. No hard sales for other products -- just an all-around professional experience, pain-free and easy. I would use this company again in a heartbeat. Ask for Ray when you call.
