"Called in a panic the morning I was leaving to go out of town, that my new townhouse we had just moved into had ants crawling all over kitchen counter. Needed someone to spray before I left town. Mr. Bugg was very accommodating and got someone out before I had to leave town that afternoon. Problem solved. No more ants.

"We were having a problem with wasps around our house. I was not there when they came out (my husband was) so I do not know how long the work took, but since having them come out, I have noticed a drastic reduction in the number of pests at our home. Very professional customer service staff"

"Did a greta job with inspecting the house."

"We no longer live in Alabama and can not find a Pest Control person like Efren, in the new state we are in. He is very knowledgeable and very awesome. We miss him! If he was not available when we needed him, we would wait until he was. He is an honest and trustworthy guy."

"Had an emergency bee issue out of nowhere, all big name pest control services were only able to send someone in 3 to 4 day. Bug Cowboyâ s was actually in the area and was able to come by in 15 minutes and help with the situation."

"Reasonably priced pest control. I have no complaints. Bugs I see are dead outside instead of in my house."

"They are excellent and they did a great job.  We had a board that had got loose.  But we had got it fixed.  However, it was not done properly and they got it all fixed right.  They did a lot of work.  They sealed the entire roof line, removed the bats and birds and sealed up holes.  They came quickly and were very professional.  They explained everything.  They followed up and came back for two days to do all the job.  We were very pleased with them.  They came when they said they would."
