"The owner answered the phone, looked up the job, and offered to order and install a replacement drawer and cabinet door AT NO CHARGE. I was amazed, fully prepared to shell out some dollars to replace the two pieces. The replacement was just complete a few moments ago, just a few weeks after I called. The kitchen cabinets are restored to their uniform whiteness. The courteous installer even had a small paint tube in his truck, and touched up some rub marks. As noted, I was very pleased with quality, price and installation the first time around, and hugely pleased this business valued my business enough to offer a free replacement and installation."

"We were looking for an auto transporter to transfer an older (not classic) car from Virginia to Nevada. We did our due diligence and researched the potential companies that could complete the task in the most efficient and cost effective manner. Three providers were interviewed and quotes were obtained and, interestingly, we found that there was considerable differences in the information that was given and the commitments that were made. We delayed contacting Auto Transporters Online for over a week, cutting into "our timeline" significantly as the expense for the transport had three tiers of cost options, even though the lowest tier was comparable to the competitors. From the reviews read, Auto Transporters Online was a smaller company and there were less reviews posted on Angie's List and BBB. As it turned out, we should have gone with the initial "gut instinct" from the beginning and chosen Auto Transporters Online and saved ourselves from the resulting stress. This may be a small company in comparison to others, but this company offers a personalized touch and pride in a job well done, offering a true customer service model.  <br /> Our situation was apparently somewhat unique in that we wanted to ship the car from Virginia and have it arrive in Nevada at the same time (or a day or two later) that we arrived in Nevada (driving a second car). We were relocating and did not have a designated person to ship the car from Virginia or receive the car in Nevada other than ourselves so the timeline of travel was our limiting factor. The week of research (and frustration) had us at wit's end and ready to call it quits and look for an alternative method of getting both cars to Nevada.  <br /> Dave Miller was contacted by phone on the evening of May 11th and reacquainted him with our situation and the quote that he had provided over a week before and options available were discussed in detail. Dave was understanding of the situation and told us what he could and could not accomplish. He was personable, courteous and professional. We made the commitment and forwarded the paperwork to him that evening. By the time, we awoke and checked email the next morning, Dave had a potential driver that could pick the car up on the 12th (that day) and deliver it to Nevada within the time period desired with a 2 day flexible window. This was perfect! <br /> The car was prepared and picked up on the 12th of May from Virginia and delivered the 20th in Northern Nevada. There were no issues upon delivery. Contact with the driver and Dave Miller occurred throughout the 9 day period, either by phone or by email. <br /> We are very happy with the service provided by Auto Transporters Online and would not hesitate to contact them again. Dave Miller is trustworthy, personable, committed and professional. He provided exemplary customer service at a time when customer service is a misunderstood concept and delivered by very few. "I found 'The Shop' at Angie's list and called Joe, after being half burnt from a local renovator. Joe was quicker to show up than I thought, especially coming from a long distance. He is accessible like any other, in the city, person. <br /> We exchanged ideas and finally came up with a plan, he was quick in giving 'estimates'.........boy was it close! <br /> Our second meeting was at their house. Well, at their antique-filled-working-shed, to be more specific. Looks like Joe does most of the ground job and Stacey takes care of the paperwork and scheduling apart from lending a helping hand. Both are very warm and welcoming. Me and my wife were sure we are in good hands, even before they started working. I believe, one who can paint the right picture for your imagination, knows what he's talking about. Needless to say, things came our exactly the same. <br /> We were ready to tear down the whole kitchen cabinets, as we didn't like the colors, wanted them to be smooth and wanted some more of them around our fridge. <br /> He saved us a lot of money by just refacing the existing ones and creating new ones around the fridge, and making all of them 'soft-close'. Looks the same as we wanted it to and thankfully costs much much less. Detail orientation follows when you love what you do. Minor shoe moldings and corner edging (don't know what its called) which he strongly suggested, gave the kitchen cabinets such a rich 'furniture' look. <br /> <br /> I should 'warn' you........if you explain to Joe what you want .......wait for his little pencil sketch. If he wasn't in the wood-work he would be sketching! <br /> They tore down the small island in our 'sterile' kitchen and replaced it with a new bigger island, custom built to our specifications, and still made the kitchen bigger. <br /> <br /> Joe was also helpful in directing us to the right people for our other requirements. His laid-back friend, the 'Stone guy' would do our granite countertops. <br /> He made sure the 'paint guy' had the exact shade and sheen of paint, as planned. <br /> Overall it was such a pleasing experience. Looking forward to more work pretty soon. <br /> Coming up next is the big wall around the fireplace and the great wall with bay windows. Man-cave is the huge last! <br /> I would be more than happy to recommend them to one and all. <br /> If you have the slightest of idea of what you want done, just say it and leave it to the ex-electrical engineer to brainstorm the rest for you. <br /> Thanks for reading!"
