He answered all our questions before starting the project and continued to communicate with us throughout; we knew exactly what would be going on when with no surprises. During the roof replacement, his team worked efficiently and did a great job cleaning up after the fact. After the install, John came out to the house on a weekend to do a final assessment and even spent some time working on a couple areas that weren't quite up to his standard. We were going to be the odd balls and give our daughter a unique room with her favorite colors (bright greens and a dark blue ceiling for adding glow in the dark stars to)
At the same time we were wanting to also paint our spare bedroom to brighten it up. 
Randy came in and made sure to cover everything so that it wouldn't get any drips on it. 
We ran into a few hassles with the original color of the walls not doing well with the yellow/lime green paint, but he worked it out and got it to look even and solid lime green. 
He also helped us securely hang up a canopy over our daughters bed. He tested it and even crawled up into our tiny attic to make sure it would hold up if our daughter were to decide to pull on it. 
He was always very friendly and willing to try his hardest to make sure that we were happy with his work.

"I signed the bathroom remodel contract on Jan 25, 2019. Today is Jul 18, 2019 and the work has not been completed. Everyone you work with is friendly, professional, polite, and well-meaning in responsiveness. Edgar’s quality of work is outstanding and my bathroom is beautiful without a doubt!! But now that the company’s been paid, I’ve been forgotten. My windows don’t have screens, so I can’t open them for fresh air without bugs coming in. I was told the screens were ordered in May which was my last contact with anyone. The contents for under my vanity have been stored in boxes because my shelves have not been installed. This is unacceptable! Mr. Khader Mughrabi, VP, called me after I signed the contract to thank me for my business. I want him to know it’s been almost six months and the work’s still not done.
