We were originally scheduled for Sunday (which surprised me), but they didn't show up until Monday. The worst part was that I had to constantly follow up myself to find out if they were coming. Once they arrived, they were very clear about the process and even helped us file the insurance claim. Their follow-up for drying and cleaning the area was excellent. However, we ran into a major issue: the drying equipment required more power than my house could handle. They had to hire an electrician for temporary panels. Lastly, I expected them to handle the reconstruction (drywall and flooring). Instead, they referred me to a third party who was very hard to reach.
