"Great response and dedication to his craft. We had Bert for several days basically put the inside of our home back together (installed new ceiling fans, chandeliers, faucets, bathroom cabinets, smoke detectors, deadbolts, barn doors and more)â ¦. Very easy to work with and extremely trustworthy!"

"Professionalism at it's finest! From start to finish I can't express enough how stress free and comforting it was to work with this Team. They answered every single question I had prior to starting and during construction. They even sent pictures during the entire process because I wasn't available to physically be there while they did the work. This job was done on an older trailer with outdated ceiling texture which they did a fantastic job matching! These gentlemen were so nice and polite and cleaned up after everything was done. I highly recommended Blaine Construction for your next project that you need or are not able to finish which is what happened to me. 10 out of 10 STARS !"

"Excellent, no problems. My car was new the first year I used the service and there has never been any damage during the transports. The men picking up and delivering the car have always been pleasant and cooperative. Both Ely and Guy at United Transport has been highly responsive to my needs. I would highly recommend this company."

"In this day and age it’s refreshing when a Company shows up and does what they said they were going to do. Charlie,Mitchell and crew were professional , on time, kept job site clean. They finished the job exactly within the time they projected. Also no hidden or unsuspected costs. The quote was pretty spot on."

"The actual roof is fine after a few trimming adjustments and replacement of damaged facia. There was little to no supervision present on this job. The jobsite was left a mess. I blew roof off myself. I picked up 2 quarts of nails, a pile of trash, drink bottles, food wrappers, etc... ABC delivered the materials and rather than carry the shingles up the ladder, the driver pulled through the front yard; the sod was torn to pieces. After five phone calls, three visits from RPI employees and speaking with a business owner, the yard repair was never completed. I only wanted soil added to the ruts left by the truck wheels. The last employee who visited assured me that he would see it done. Beginning with AJ, this is the most unprofessional operation I have dealt with during the course of this remodeling project."

"We originally called Bellisle for a garage door repair. They showed up within 30 minutes of my frantic call of finding my garage door on the floor of the garage and had the door repaired within a couple of hours. They even finished the installation of the garage door opener we were working on when the door fell. They didn't try to upsell or add on any additional services. They did a fantastic job and left the area cleaner than they found it. We later found out that they could also repair siding so we had them come out to repair some rotted siding. They came out to look at the problem area, gave us a reasonable estimate within a couple of hours, and did the work 4 days later. In both instances, Kevin showed up ahead of schedule, worked efficiently, worked quietly, and left the area cleaner than he found it. The siding repair looks better than the original installation 50+ years ago."

FAQs for shed, barn or playhouse repair projects in Brunswick, GA

You’ll know it’s time for a new shed roof if shingles curl or buckle, soft spots sag, or water stains appear inside. Moss or other plant growth on the surface is another red flag that moisture has breached the roofing layers. Replacing the roof quickly stops leaks from spreading, protects stored items, and saves you from costlier structural repairs down the road.

Choosing between a flat and a sloped shed roof comes down to climate, budget, and upkeep. A flat roof is cheaper up front, but still needs a slight pitch for drainage. A sloped roof sheds rain and snow more easily, lasts longer, and often needs less maintenance. Weigh your local weather patterns, the look you want, and how much time you’re willing to spend on upkeep before deciding.

A shed roof’s life span hinges on the material you choose and how well you maintain it. Most standard products last 15 to 30 years, while premium picks like slate or clay tile can protect the structure for 50 to 100 years. Regular inspections, fast fixes, and routine cleaning all help you reach the upper end of those ranges and keep your tools and gear dry year-round.
