"Leak Seekers did a fabulous job repairing the rot behind the siding, then installing new siding, on our older but recently purchased by us, home. They also painted all of the shutters. The house looks new! They also did repair work around the chimney, waterproofing in our basement and repaired/stabilized the sun house in our backyard - everything completed to perfection, on time and within budget. They are our go-to team for sure. Thank you, Jerry and Brandie!"

"Capital Construction arrived right after Christmas 2020. It was very cold when they started the job but the workers where very business oriented. Stuck to their work and finished in a couple of months. I worked with the Managers to see that the workers did everything that was put in the contract. They sided all four sides of my home. My son and I are very happy with the quality of their work. Thank you!"

I always knew what to expect from the day-to-day work and I felt he and I were on the same page. My facia board, gable board, removal of moss on my roof and door replacement was accomplished safely and thoughtfully by his competent crew.
