He was knowledgeable about my appliance, either through experience or prior research and replaced the part in under an hour. He spent more than an hour observing the washer complete an entire wash cycle to ensure the Job was complete. His service was awesome and his price for labor was more than reasonable. "Terrific, we decided to go w/ Stoneberger because their sales representative spent time advising and guiding us through the options, the colors and styles of doors. She listened to what we thought we wanted and helped us find the right solution. No other sales rep we met with offered that customer service. She also followed up on time and was super easy to work with once we decided on specific doors. Installation also was on time, efficient and went very smoothly. We had one issue that arose b/c of the age of our house and Stoneberger addressed it quickly and beyond fairly. Highly recommend them."

"The TVs and Surround Sound systems were properly installed, so the job was completed as requested. The Good: David and the crew were very punctual and hard working. They spent the whole day working on the project and everything was working when they left. They even made arrangements to come out on a Saturday (at no additional charge) to accommodate my schedule. The Bad: The attention to detail was lacking. For just over $1500 to install 2 TVs and surround-sound speakers, I would have expected everything to be pretty flawless. Small items like sloppy drywall patching (I had to sand and skim coat all of the patches), dirty hand prints on the newly painted walls, and one of the TV's being about .25" out of level took away from the overall satisfaction with the project. I also felt that they could have been more creative with routing the power cord and Coax for the fireplace - the racetrack conduit did not look good, and ultimately, my wife and I came up with a way to run the cables behind the hollow brick that looked much better. In summary, the work was average, but for the price, I would have appreciated a little better finished product with less work on my behalf."

"First I would like to say I would NOT HESITATE to hire Miracle Method Surface Restoration from Kensington, MD again. The office receptionist (Margaret) and the two gentlemen that did the cut out and install (Carlos and Luis) were EXCELLENT and I would rate them an "A" in all aspects of their roles in the company. The C responsiveness and C Punctuality related to the following: (1) a prearranged appointment resulted in a no show by the company head (this is not our residence); and (2) the representative that did come the next day did not have any photos of previous work or paperwork to move the project ahead. If it wasn't for Margret in the front office we would not have used this company; however, she went out of her way to get a photo of a cut out, ensured that the proposal was revised for details, and scheduled the work. Like I said in the beginning, I would gladly hire and recommend this company. Just be sure to confirm appointments."

"I had a great experience with this contractor.  They came when they said they would to give me an estimate, the estimate was reasonable, and after collecting two others I chose them. They then came to repoint my chimney when they said they would, they did the work in the time they said it would take, and the finished product looks great.  They also cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. The job was probably a little more complicated than usual because my air conditioner units are at the base of the chimney, but they navigated around them without any apparent difficulty.  I am glad I used them and I would do so again!
