"Estimate provided was excellent. Estimator even went so far as to check house to insure that no leaks were present - thus, there was no immediate hurry to re-roof. Roof crew was great and worked so hard that re-roofing was completed in 3 days. (My home is about 2300 sg ft which includes 2 attached garages - one at each end of house.) Job included replacement of 6 damaged plywood roof panels plus construction of cricket to divert rain water from damaged roof area just behind fireplace chimney. Roofers also caulked small holes in fascia and reinstalled some sagging soffit. No extra charge was incurred for cricket, caulking, and soffit work. As per the contract, 2 roof panels were included. Thus, I had to pay for 4 of the panels at $65/each. Very fair! After re-roofing, new gutters, downspouts, and perforated aluminum gutter screens were installed. Web search served to indicate that perforated aluminum gutter screens are the best and longest-lasting. Thus, in my estimation, I got a top quality job at a very fair price and, consequently, would highly recommend Worthmann Roofing to anyone. In fact, owing to this, a nearby friend has already opted to employ Worthmann for roof work."

"Tom S. Was extremely curious and on time for our appointment! He did a thorough inspection and measurement of our roof providing us with several pricing options. We were ready to replace our roof and were provided sample brochures to select our color from. Tom answered all our questions concerning differences and warranties available. The ELO office and Tom provided us with timely notifications of when our materials were to be ordered and a request to verify the colors just to be sure there were no mistakes. The materials were on site in a week, with a dumpster. The crew showed up just like they scheduled with us and performed the removal and reinstall in two days. They cleaned up immaculately and ran a magnet around the house to pick up any nails the tarps didnâ t catch. All of the crew from delivery to install were courteous and kind. For us we would definitely recommend ELO Roofing to anyone. Great value, great quality."

"The roof construction itself is quality work. The roofing crew arrived on the time and date specified and cleaned up after their job. My roof passed county inspection. My issue with the company is not with the roof itself, but with their warranty. The salesman advised me this company has a 15-year workmanship warranty on the roofs they install. This was a key determinant to choosing this company over its many competitors in the area. The salesman even showed me examples of competing roofing company sales contracts which indicate only a 5-year standard warranty for work done. The salesman confirmed the cost with Covenant to be higher because of this 15-year warranty. I signed a sales contract which states 12. ALL WORK COVERED BY A 5 YEAR WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY. CRC upgrade_warranty applies. The salesman confirmed that their CRC (Covenant Roofing Company) upgrade warranty was to total the roof under a 15-year warranty. He stated I would receive the warranty at the completion of the roof. I was sold. The roof was built. The final CRC inspection was completed by a project manager. I asked about the warranty paperwork. He stated I would receive the papers upon payment. I asked specifically if there were any out of pocket costs. He said he did not know, but that the paperwork would indicate such terms. At a later time, this is the warranty coverage I received: Covenant Roofing Construction, Inc. warrants to you an extended warranty of __15___ years. This warranty is transferable to one new owner. This warranty includes 5 years of unconditional workmanship. An officer of the company will need to perform a maintenance inspection of the roof starting on the 6th year and every year thereafter for the life of the warranty. There will be a fee of $150.00 per inspection for the recertification of the roof. If an inspection is missed the warranty will become void. This warranty does not cover product defects, extreme weather conditions, or acts of God. This warranty does not cover any additional cost to remove and/or reinstall any roof peripherals to complete repair. Needless to say, I was distraught over the additional costs of maintaining this warranty and the indication that it would become null and void if I was non-compliant. After several in-person and phone conversations, there was no remedy to the fact that I would need to make additional payment beyond that of the sales contract if I desired to continue my warranty coverage after 5 years. They did, however, gift me 2 separate VISA gift cards in the amount of $50 and $150 for my inconvenience. The office was pleasant and apologetic in listening to my concern, but apologies will not cover my cost after the initial limitations. I advised them not to sell customers on what they are not actually offering in their agreement and without making such knowledge available to the consumer."

"Easy process of getting our roof. Salesman was very specific and informative about choices of shingles and metal. Delivery of dumpster was confirmed and delivered as scheduled. Tear off crew came as scheduled and did a great job preparing the house for the new roof. The metal fabricators came and set up and made the metal sheets. The install crew came and worked in a systematic manner to install the roof. The project contacts at the site and in the office made our roofing project a success. Any questions that were a concern were answered immediately or in a timely manner."
