"I've been meaning to write this review (good review!) for G&V for months now and I regretfully only just got to it. Brian and G&V came out to help us repair a concrete walkway on the side of the house in the summer of 2019 and did an amazing job. Not only were they very professional, they were also very kind and understanding of our problems. We are first time homeowners and bought an older home that had almost no repairs done by the previous (and original owners). We were facing water issues along the walkway that was seeping into our crawlspace. Brian came out, listened to our issues, and proposed a solution, clearly experience al the technical details. The estimate they provided was very fair. However, the reason why I was so happy with the entire process was due to an incident that occurred during the week they came out. One of neighbors or perhaps a passerby, reported us for not having a permit to do the work. As it was originally determined, we did not need a permit but did cost us a couple hours of headache and back and forth with the township, the permit reveiwer, and G&V to figure the situation out. Throughout the entire ordeal, Brian was patient and understanding. He was even able to reorder the cerment needed for the next day. I'm currently thinking about additional repairs needed around the house and would not hesitate to work with Brian and G&V again. Thank you!"

Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy! "WOW! Perry and his team were the best! From the walkaround to find the needed repair issues to the follow-up on the 2 small items that we forgot to check until the final walkaround. They estimated a week and were done in 5 days and came back 2 days later to handle the 2 items. They replaced and painted rotting wood around the outside of our home, extended all our gutters into the pipes in the ground, removed all the under deck lattice work trim and replaced it with a much better solution that included a great sliding door to gain access if needed in the future and caulked a high-up window that had developed a minor leak. You will not find - IMO - a better team for almost any kind of construction work on your home."

"We hired Jm Drafting&Contracting for an addition and remodel of our home. Specifically we closed in our old porch and converted it to a living room and added a master bedroom with a bathroom on the upper level. They also remodeled our kitchen and dining room. In addition to that they replaced all the flooring through out the house and the roof. The project took about 2 1/2 months from start to finish. We are very pleased with everything that was done and would recommend them for future work."
