"Unfortunately not good. I had to put in a service call on three different occasions for the same appliance. Once in July, then again in August and in October. Each time I had to pay the service fee of $75.00. If it was repaired properly I would not have to continually call for repairs. However I do feel that this problem falls on the company that was contracted not Choice Home Warranty!"

The store later agreed to do the repair as an emergency the next day so he didn't end up fixing it. But I appreciate that he came out so quickly, explained what was wrong with the refrigerator, and only charged $30. I would recommend skipping the service agreements with the big box stores in future and just going with GS if it breaks.
