Tom was able to find a new fan motor that fit in the existing hole avoiding the new to repair a larger hole. He was on time and professional and and competitive with regard to fist. "Troy did a nice job, especially with the carpentry part of the job.  Troy found new railroad ties to replace parts that were beyond repair, but the lumber was hard to find because of its dimensions.  Troy finally found them in Madison, bought them after calling me to discuss price and quantity and then hauled them back.  The old rotted pieces were difficult to remove but Troy kept at it and did a really nice job installing the replacement pieces.  The repair work to the other rot was decent but would have been better if framed out temporarily while the concrete dried.  I told him though that I wasn't looking for perfect on that part -- just good enough to stop further rot and fill in the holes.  I had purchased a 4-hour deal through Angies List and Troy was trying to get done within the allotted time.

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
