"I have changed the rating to an A for the review below because the company offered us a full refund for the trouble. I think this is a very professional way to do business. Other companies would simply had said " Too bad, we wont do anything about it." I appreciate the company's responsiveness and offer of a refund. __________________________________________________________________________________ We had no heat because the electrical on our thermostat was shorted out. I called a few electricians and they told me that they didn't do that, only simple installations. We had no heat and when I was making the appointment and I SPECIFICALLY told them that the thermostat was shorted and they assured me that they can fix it. This was on a Thursday for a Monday morning appt. since we were going to be away for the weekend. So I would have had plenty of time to schedule an HVAC ahead of time. When the electrician arrived - first thing he said was - that they don't work on the shorted thermostats only simple installation and I needed to call an HVAC. Needless to say I couldn't get an HVAC to come immediately and we had to live another day without heat."

"Rich is the best! Very knowledgeable and so very professional He fixed everything correctly the last contractor messed up at my personal house. Everything was perfect after Richs work!! Rich completed the new 200amp service into my house and ran wires in perfectly bent conduit in my inside garage and to an underground 60 amp service to my outside garage. Full house generator with an outside plug complete with an electric panel lock out! He hung the new lights and put outlets everywhere knowing this is my works place at home in the outbuilding. Rich also corrected a messed-up panel and sub panel at my commercial property. The wire from the pole was brought to my attention on a Tuesday and Rich gave me a very fair price to fix everything the next Saturday. One day of work, turned into two and Rich stuck by his estimate. I was very impressed about Richs attention to detail.... I don't mess with electrical. Rich is the best and highly recommended him!! When I first reached out asking for an estimate, Mike responded very promptly and stopped by my house a few days later to talk about the project and take measurements. He was very polite and very thorough. Shortly after we talked, he sent me an estimate, which I thought was reasonable. Once I had the charger in hand and had cleared the garage where the charger was to be installed, Mike and Tony showed up, re-explained to me what they were going to do, and got to work. Work started but part of it turned out to be more involved than expected. This was explained to me and I accepted the increased cost. Both men were professional and courteous.
