"I first called Parker Upholstery to re-do my large outdoor bench cushions that were originally custom made in 2013. It was a difficult task, but Parker Upholstery did a terrific job. They actually had the exact same sun-guard fabric and color! Owner Bobbie recommended an upgraded, less dense foam so moisture will drain better! The end product was even better then the original! On delivery day, I had Bobbie take 4 indoor cushions that needed re-stuffing to regain the original shape and look. No problem, they were promptly returned, good as new. I like that Bobbie does it right the first time!"

"From the beginning, my roommate and I were treated very well. We brought a chair cushion and pictures of the chair. The decorator helped us pick out fabrics (not her fault that we have expensive tastes). We purchased the fabric and because it was mid December, we were told that if we were willing to wait until after the holidays they would pick up the chair and return it during the same week.) The chair was picked up on Monday morning, Jan. 9th and returned on Friday morning, Jan. 13. Their work is impeccable. It is a beautiful, very comfortable piece of furniture. When you look at the picture of the chair you will be able to see how beautifully the pattern lines up, which does contribute to both the cost of the material and the construction, but well worth it. The experience with the company is very positive. I would recommend them to anyone who loves good furniture."

"When Rene arrived he started to place the furniture in my house. It looked strange and I realized that if was the wrong fabric. Rene tried to say it was my fault. He wanted to charge the full price. I said and proved it was his mistake. I still ended paying for half of the correct fabric. What was I to do? He had my furniture. I should have paid nothing for his mistake which I proved be showing him the contract. The workamanship was fine. I just shouldn't have paid an extra dime."

"I had a 30-year old fine leather swivel executive chair that I had worn through the leather on the arms. The chair was made by Schaffer who is long out of business but who made the best fine leather executive chairs in the industry. It was worth restoring since I had originally paid over $3,000 for the chair three decades ago. Jaime's came to my office, provided a quote (which was later revised upward once he found the exact leather), picked the chair up, and restored it to like new condition. All together, he had the chair about 1-1/2 weeks. It took him about one week to find the exact leather because it was difficult to match a multi-colored but mainly wine-colored leather hide. Jaime's did a splendid job. He matched the leather and the antique nail heads and original pattern perfectly. His attention to detail is noteworthy. The restoration is absolutely perfect. My chair looks just like it did 30 years ago. It feels new. I highly recommend Jaime's for any restoration work involving fine leathers. I will be using him again to restore two matching leather client chairs which are worn. Jaime's is the best. <br />"

"Everything about my experience with Furniture and Repairs was positive. They clearly explained their assessment process and reasonable charge to come out to personally inspect my furniture. They explained that once an estimate was provided, upon accepting the estimate they would deduct that charge from my total cost. The gentleman they sent out to assess my furniture was professional and patiently answered my questions. The cost of repairing my 6 pieces of mid-century furniture was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the work that they did. I couldn't be happier with the repairs. I inherited the furniture, and I was so nervous about substandard repairs, and these folks did an exceptional job. Some of the pieces were seriously damaged - wooden legs broken right off - and you can't tell where the damage was. They came to pick up my furniture and returned it in 2 weeks.
