"Their work was great. They stripped the chair and ottoman down to the frames and completely rebuilt the springs and padding, as well as recovering both. Elaine was great at recommending fabrics (and they have tons of different ones) and guided us to one we love. High quality, practical, made in America and beautiful. The chair is a family heirloom of 60-70 years. Now it is better than ever. And better than anything we saw in furniture stores. It looks and feels great! This was not cheap in any sense. We paid a reasonable price for truly outstanding work. We will have Howard's do our next upholstery job."
