"We hired Tim to remodel our bathroom. Everything had to go; down to the studs! In only 3 weeks Tim built us a beautiful walk in shower, new lights, exhaust fan, sinks, counter tops etc. The tile in the shower and floor is perfect. Tim is great to work with, keeping us informed every step of the way. He understood our vision. He is great to work with. We would highly recommend Creative Building Solutions!!"

"Angelo did everything as planned. We walked over the construction plans before construction started. Site drawing detailed how the finished room addition and sun porch would look after the job was completed. Wife and I were completely satisfied with the finished job. Ready for summer 2021 with or without COVID... Construction crew (Framers) did a fantastic job. Always arrived on time and job was completed on time. "We worked with Linda at DESIGNfirst to scope out initial designs for multiple variations of a major multi-floor / multi-room remodel of our home. She was extremely helpful in proposing and developing design ideas and effective at working with her team to turn around our proposal variations in a timely fashion with high quality. We ultimately held off on our remodeling plans for reasons completely unrelated to the outstanding work Linda and DESIGNfirst provided. We hope to revisit our remodeling plans at the right time, and when we do, we know who we'll call!"

"Robert and his crew at Home Construction & Renovation do excellent work. I hired them to frame out a couple of soffits, some interior partition walls, and replace a load bearing wall with an LVL header as part of remodel. Robert was very communicative and helped worked through some issues with the structural engineer. His crew was efficient and precise. I highly recommend them."
