We had a long checklist of deferred maintenance when we bought our home, and we found the right company to tackle the work. The guys showed up when they said they would and did a fabulous job. Total perfectionists. Before the job started, Rick helped identify the causes of the erosion, including a blocked underground downspouts and eroded dirt. We hired him to bring in some dirt, and check, fix or replace our underground downspouts. The new downspouts do their job to get water out from our home's foundation. Victor is very talented mason and fixed a terrible looking stone repair that had been done previously. They fixed both our gates as well. Just a great experience with this company, and a level of knowledge and integrity that you don't always find. Rick and Cindy also walked our yard and brainstormed about our longterm plans for the yard to replace our failing deck and put in a sidewalk to the backyard. I am beyond excited to have them come back and do that work, hopefully this spring!"

I know this because I have witnessed it AND I called one of those "cheap" window people for an estimate (notice how they are ready at the drop off a hat and then drop out of sight when there are problems? The window placed by Egree Inc is perfect. Was it more expensive - not much more than as egress window placed in 2013 that was equal in quality. It was also permitted, inspected, and sits level without leftover glue seeping out the sides. Was there a wait time - not more than I would expect from any quality provider. "The project was a mid-size to bigger size project that included removing parts of the old siding, soffits, fascia boards, gutters and downspouts and window shutters. The siding was replaced with James Hardie siding with a combination of lap siding and shingles and custom window trim. Shutters were replaced with cedar shutters and all gutters were replaced with seamless gutters. Overall the work completed was top notch . We did have a minor issue with the window trim, but that was fixed to what we were good with and they gave us credit on the final payment for the issue.
