"I?m sad to write this review as Hero started off as a wonderful landscape partner to us with excellent communication and integrity. Unfortunately this past year we paid for a season pass of bi-weekly lawn mowing services plus an additional spring clean up service. We tried to work things out with Hero but ultimately we received fewer than half the lawn visits, no spring clean up and the visits we received were sporatic and not on the promised timeline. Hero agreed to come by with the refund for part of the services he did not provide but has since ghosted us despite consistent attempts to reach out by phone, text, Zelle and in-person. We lost $480 in services."

"JOB WELL DONE! Redstone Builders did an excellent job remodeling my outdated bathroom. Howard, representative and owner, directly supervised my project from start to finish. From overseeing daily progress, on time start, to finally touches to my bathroom! Always professional and on time(this is a sticking point for me. To be a professional in any field, means being on time and on schedule). He was also flexible when I requested a change in my project. It was done quickly and to my satisfaction. I will be hiring Redstone again!"

"We did a remodel of our Kitchen and Master bath. The kitchen was a big project, taking out a wall and removing the back door, enlarging our bay to accommodate sliding doors. New countertops, cabinets and an island were installed. Tile was removed from the kitchen/ foyer and replaced with hardwood floors. They gave us a time frame for 4 months. We added on painting, carpet installation. tiling a hallway and new vanity and toilet in the half bath. They accommodated the extra work and completed it in a timely manner, without interruption for other jobs. We could not be more pleased with the work. Everything turned out beautifully. Terry, Jody and Brian were a pleasure to work with. They were reliable, on time and cleaned up daily. Jody is a perfectionist and if something wasn't done right it would be redone to meet his standards. They were helpful with design and handled every add on. They did not ask for money up front and kept cost updated frequently."

"Everything went exceptionally well and quickly. I felt comfortable with and confident in the workers and Mihai was on scene frequently. The quality of cabinet installation is top quality and it really looks beautiful. Mihai was able to make adjustments to minimize expense and destruction to the floor. I will definitely use NorPro again!"

"These guys worked their hardest in the worst heat to: dig out an obscene amount of gravel left over from a swingset area, lay a concrete pad, build a gazebo. The project was done as quickly as possible and the site was always kept clean. Michael and Greg always kept in communication with us and the final project is now my favorite thing about our house."
